Coaching may be right for you if you find yourself at a crossroads and are seeking greater clarity, confidence, or direction. You may be navigating a career transition, retirement, an empty nest, relationship changes, relocation, or simply feeling that it is time for a new chapter.
Coaching is designed for individuals who are ready to move forward, take action, and create meaningful change in their lives. You do not need to have all the answers before you begin.
Many clients start coaching because they know something needs to change, but are not yet sure what that change looks like.

Psychotherapy and coaching can both help people create meaningful change, but they serve different purposes.
Psychotherapy is a mental health treatment that helps individuals address emotional difficulties, mental health concerns, past experiences, relationship challenges, and patterns that may be interfering with their well-being. Therapy often focuses on healing, symptom reduction, increased self-awareness, and improved emotional functioning.
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, coaching helps clients gain clarity, identify meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, build on strengths, and create a plan for moving forward. Coaching encourages growth, accountability, and intentional action aligned with a client’s values and vision for the future.
While therapy often explores how the past may be influencing the present, coaching focuses primarily on where you are today and where you want to go next.
The goal of coaching is not simply change—it’s transformation.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership. While I provide support, encouragement, accountability, and guidance, meaningful change comes from your willingness to actively engage in the process.
As a coaching client, I ask that you come with an open mind, be honest with yourself and with me, take ownership of your goals and actions, and be willing to take steps outside your comfort zone when appropriate.
The clients who benefit most from coaching are those who are committed to their growth and willing to take action between sessions.
